COVID-19 Customer Update

To all our customers,

As the seriousness of COVID-19 becomes increasingly real each day, we want to ensure you that we are doing everything we can to keep our drivers and users safe.

What we are doing

As of this moment, VANHEROES is still accepting jobs. We have, however, made it clear to our driver network that they are under no obligation to accept work from us during this time, and that they have our full support if this is the case.

Please understand that many of our drivers will be uncomfortable or unable to accept work in the coming weeks. For this reason, you may find that it takes longer for jobs to be accepted, or that no drivers are available for your desired date and time.

For our drivers still accepting work, we have insisted that they take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and others from infection. We have instructed drivers to check in on customers prior to a job to make sure it is safe for them to proceed, which includes asking if there are any vulnerable people in the property.

What you should do

We expect that our customers display the same level of caution to ensure the safety of our drivers during this time. In line with Government advice we would encourage that you consider delaying non-essential jobs if possible.

Please be vigilant in self-assessing, and do not post jobs to VANHEROES if you or anyone in your family has symptoms of Coronavirus. If you are unsure about the precautions you should take, please get in touch with us at and one of our team will be happy to advise.
